Voucher Terms and Conditions:

Voucher expires ten months after purchase date. Unless stated on voucher (purchased or not purchased).

Booking: The photography session is to be held at a time and location agreed upon with the photographer.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: The gift voucher recipient must provide ten days notice to cancel or rearrange a session.

Failure to do so will render the voucher invalid. Exceptions are made in the event of severe weather or heavy rain for 

outdoor shoots.

Location: Photography sessions can be arranged within ten miles of EX20 2LF. Reasonable travel charges may apply for 

beyond this radius.

Usage: Gift vouchers can be used for photoshoot packages only.Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other 

offer or voucher.Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers only to be used for what they state and cannot be amended unless being used for a bigger shoot. Vouchers cannot be used for Portraits for Schools/clubs.

If gifted by Katie Woods Photography the voucher cannot be used for mini shoot sessions and must be used for its intention.

Amendments: Katie Woods Photography reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time 

without prior notice.
